Physical and Mental Care

We strive to provide the best care and quality of life for our clients. That includes keeping them active both physically and mentally. Keeping your loved ones moving is a great way to keep them healthy. It has been shown that a moderate amount of exercise may prevent heart disease, osteoporosis, and depression. We take our clients to the YMCA, walking, museums, parks, and physical therapy. Rather than focus only on physical strength, we focus on mental stimulation as well. Clients are encouraged to solve puzzles, participate in classes in the community, and enjoy other activities to keep their minds and bodies sharp.
